How does it work?

A fitness measurement with Monark equipment is usually performed on a bicycle ergometer. The client cycles for a certain amount of time while heart rate, breathing and other data are recorded. From this data, you can calculate your client’s VO2-max, a measure of their maximum oxygen uptake capacity.
